Over the years, our picturesque inn has been transformed into an elegant residence of character in which a semi-gastronomic restaurant has naturally been installed. The bowling alley has given way to the restaurant.
The “Chez Germaine” restaurant proposes a wonderful gourmet and tasty stopover in the Béarn, on the route to your vacation in the Pyrenees. With this same passion passed down from generation to generation for local produce and gastronomy, Pierre, a trained pastry chef, and Valérie, head chef, combine their know-how and creativity to concoct beautiful, original and gourmet dishes for you. Favoring seasonal local produce by sourcing from their producer friends, they create homemade cuisine as evidenced by their “Maître Restaurateur” label. Authentic cuisine served in the warm and charming setting of the restaurant room by the fireplace or on the sunny terrace, in season.
